Prior Information Notice For It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Providing Development And Maintenance Services For The Investment Project Service Platform (Popi). The Investment Project Service Platform (Popi) System Aims To Improve The Process Of Exchanging Information Between The Ministry Of Health And Representatives Of Health Care System Facilities Who Apply For Funding For Investments In Their Facilities. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Maintain The Platform, Provide Technical Support, Development Services And Additional Support. The Detailed Scope Will Be Included In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Investment Project Management Platform (Popi) System Is Currently Supported Until January 24, 2027. The Contractor Is Expected To Start Providing Services From January 25, 2027.
