With This Call For Tenders, The “Environmental Construction Support” Mandate Is Advertised As Part Of A Public Process. Environmental Construction Support (Ubb) Accompanies And Monitors Environmental Concerns During Construction And Supports The Client In The Legally Compliant Realization Of The Construction Project. In Doing So, She Ensures Compliance With Environmentally Relevant Laws, Regulations, Guidelines, Instructions And Requirements. Ubb Advises And Supports Those Involved, Monitors And Assesses Environmental Problems On The Construction Site And Ensures The Implementation Of The Environmental Requirements And Conditions From The Approval Process. Ubb Also Advises The Client On Environmental Issues. The Ubb Regularly Updates The Enforcement And Condition Control (Vak) Of The Environmental Requirements (See Also Appendix 03: Conditions In The Overall Building Decision For Üo Zbbs From October 30, 2025) And Documents These In An Appropriate Manner (List, Database, Etc.). This Includes Tenders, Construction Planning, Planning And Setting Up Of Construction Installation Sites, Transport Routes And Paths, Material Flows, Construction Execution And The Implementation Of Protection And Recultivation Measures. Ubb Is Integrally Responsible For All Environmentally Relevant Aspects That Play A Role In The Realization Of The Project, Including Soil Science Supervision Of Construction (If Necessary). Ubb Primarily Ensures The Appropriate Implementation Of The Environmental Requirements From The Approval Process And Helps To Ensure Compliance With Environmentally Relevant Laws, Regulations, Guidelines And Instructions. When Implementing The Environmental Requirements, The Wording Of The Permit Is Decisive. During Construction, It Monitors The Professional Implementation Of The Environmental Protection Measures Specified In The Approval Process, Specifications And Work Contract And Checks Their Effectiveness. This Specification Sheet Is Based On The Principles Known At The Time Of Development. All Environmental Requirements That Were Still Unknown At The Time Of Development Must Also Be Met Or Checked By The Contractor.
