The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Gas Stations Of Kaliskie Linie Autobusowe Sp. Z O. O. Located At Ul. Wrocławska 30-38 In Kalisz. Requirements For Fuels: 1) The Delivered Fuel Must Meet All The Requirements Of Current Polish Standards: A) Pn-En 590:2022-08 For Diesel Oil, And Must Also Comply With The Amended Standards During Delivery. 2) The Delivered Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels; In The Event Of Changes To The Provisions Referred To Above Or Their Replacement By Other Provisions, The Delivered Product Should Always Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Delivery. Estimated Order Volume: 1) The Estimated Order Volume Is 937 M3 (Nine Hundred And Thirty-Seven Cubic Meters) Of Standard Diesel Oil, 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes To The Assortment, I.E. The Specified Amount Of The Ordering Partys Demand For Diesel Oil May Be Increased, But By A Maximum Of 20%, Without Changing Any Terms Of The Order Specified In The Swz And Declared By The Contractor In The Offer. A Quantitative Change In The Assortment Will Not Require A Written Form. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Quantity Of Fuel, Which Is An Estimate And Does Not Specify The Minimum Scope Of Supplies. 3) The Given Quantities Include The Ordering Partys Estimated Annual Demand For Diesel Oil During The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. Terms Of Ordering: 1) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Placing Individual Orders For Diesel Oil By E-Mail Or Via A Dedicated Application/Portal: A) Using E-Mail To The Address Indicated By The Contractor, With E-Mail Confirmation Of Deliveries; The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer Form The E-Mail Address To Which Orders Will Be Sent And From Which Delivery Confirmation Will Be Received, B) Electronically Using Dedicated Applications/Portals With An Assigned Account For The Ordering Party, Allowing For Viewing At Least The Amount Of Fuel Collected In A Given Period Of Time Or The Expected Delivery Date Along With Confirmation Of Its Implementation; The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party In The Offer Form With The Website Address Of The Application Used For Ordering Fuel And Will Provide The Login And Password At The Time Of Concluding The Contract. 2) The Ordering Party Will Place Orders, Specifying The Quantity Of Diesel Oil Ordered, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, Between: From 07:00 To 15:00. However, Orders For Next Day Delivery Will Be Placed No Later Than 11:00 The Day Before Implementation. Order Placed After 11:00 Will Be Treated As An Order Placed The Next Business Day. 3) Each Time An Order Is Accepted
