Pwn Wants To Develop From A Mainly Medically Driven Absenteeism Approach To An Activating And Employability-Oriented Approach In Which Ownership Of Employees And Managers Is Central. The Contractor Is Expected To Actively Contribute To This Development. Pwn Is The Self-Risk Bearer For The Wga, Sickness Benefits Act And Unemployment Act. The Services Must Be In Line With Relevant Uwv Processes, Pwns Customized Scheme And The Management Of Reintegration And Claims Risks.
