Świdnica, Including: 1) Cleaning Of Entrusted Green Areas, Maintaining Cleanliness Of Sidewalks And Alleys Located Within The Green Areas Adjacent To These Areas, Including Loading, Removal And Transfer To Waste Processing Installations, 2) Mowing Grass With And Without Removal Of Mows, 3) Leaf Removal, 4) Maintenance Works Within The Woodlot, Such As Cutting Sanitary And Corrective, Removal Of Deadwood, Pruning Of Crowns, Removal Of Trees, Removal Of Windbreaks, 5) Cutting Ornamental Shrubs, Their Care, Cutting To Form Hedges, 6) Weeding Of Plantings Of Shrubs, Perennials And Annual Flowering Bedding Plants, 7) Planting Plants And Annual Flowering Bedding Plants In The Ground And In Elements Of Small Architecture, 8) Prevention And Control Of Plant Diseases And Pests. 9) Transfer Of Green Waste Generated During The Provision Of The Service To The Waste Processing Installation, Together With All Related Costs. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For A Period Of 36 Months For Planted Trees And Shrubs, 24 Months For Planted Perennials And A Warranty For 1 Month For All Planted Annual Flowering Bedding Plants. 6. During The Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To Water The Planted Trees And Shrubs. 7. If, During The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Planted Plants, It Is Found That They Are Not Viable, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replant Them Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party. 8. The Warranty Does Not Cover Loss Of Plant Life Caused By Acts Of Vandalism Or Mechanical Damage Caused By Motor Vehicles. 9.
