Execution Of Trial Operation, Preparation Of Operating Regulations And Commissioning, B) Execution Of All Construction Works And Services That Are Necessary To Fulfill The Main Purpose Of The Subject Of The Public Contract - The Contracting Authority Requires The Placement Of Equipment In The Areas Defined By The Project Documentation, Which, Together With The Building Permit, Defines The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - The Final Form And Scope Of The Construction Works Will Depend On The Proposal Of The Technical Solution Of The Selected Contractor; Possible Interventions Or Changes Compared To The Project Documentation Or The Item Budget, The Selected Contractor Will Consult With The Client Within The Framework Of The Performance Of The Work, C) Provision Of Warranty Service For A Period Of 24 Months And D) Provision Of Non-Warranty Service During The Warranty Period And Post-Warranty Service For A Period Of 60 Months After The End Of The Warranty Period.
