The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of Contract W-4/R Expansion And Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Toruń. The Contract Covers 15 Tasks Regarding The Construction, Reconstruction And Replacement Of Water Supply Networks In The City Of Toruń, Including Connections To The Extent Indicated In The Opz. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Of Contract For Construction For Engineering And Construction Works Designed By The Employer, Fourth English-Polish Edition Unchanged 2008, Translation Of The First English Original Published In 1999 By The International Federation Of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils - Fidic). The Scope Includes In Particular Works On Water Supply Networks In The Following Streets: Grota-Roweckiego, Rudacka, Łódzka, Witkowski, Trasapresa Raczkiewicza, Grudziądzka, Storczykowa, Pck, Rydygiera, Mocarski, Łyskowski, Filomatów Pomorskich, Leśna, Gałczyńskiego, Gagarina, Sczanieckiego, Jeśmanowicza, Kościuszki, Łąkowa, Polish Army, Warneńczyk And Bażyński. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Complete The Basic Works And The Required Tests And Examinations Of The Networks And Connections, Their Rinsing And Disinfection, Water Quality Tests And Checking The Fittings And Network Operating Parameters, In Accordance With The Opz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Together With The Design Documentation. The Binding Scope Of The Contractors Services Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And Other Contract Documents, Subject To The Provisions Of The Opz Regarding The Scope Of Individual Tasks. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Template Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
