The Subject Of The Order Are Successive And Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Hygiene In Hospital And Administrative Rooms, As Well As Internal Transport And Auxiliary Activities For Patients Performed On Behalf Of Medical Staff. The Place Of Provision Of Services Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Located In Wieluń At Ul. Szpitalna 16. The Scope Of Services Provided By The Contractor Will Include All Hospital Departments, Diagnostic Laboratories, Clinics, As Well As Administrative Rooms, Communication And Evacuation Routes Throughout The Hospital (Corridors, Staircases, Elevators) And Windows Throughout The Hospital Building. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Indicate The Unit Price Of The Service For 1 Month Per 1 M² Of Area For Each Of The Designated Areas. The Price Of Services Should Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including Personnel Costs, Cleaning Products And Necessary Tools And Equipment. The Ordering Party Divided The Areas And Rooms In Which The Services Covered By The Contract Will Be Provided Into 3 Price Areas: A) Medical Area I, Which Includes All Hospital Wards, The Surgical Tract And The Delivery Suite; B) Medical Area Ii, Which The Ordering Party Includes All Clinics And Diagnostic Laboratories, The Endoscopy Laboratory, General Registration, Kinesitherapy And Physiotherapy Laboratory, Npl, Audiometric Laboratory, Central Sterilization Room And Pathology Department; C) Non-Medical Area, Which Includes Office Rooms In The Administrative Part Of The Hospital, Communication And Evacuation Routes Such As Corridors, Halls, Elevators, Terraces And Balconies, And The Hospital Chapel.
