The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Fidic Conditions Of Contract - Conditions Of The Construction Contract For Construction And Engineering Works Designed By The Ordering Party (Red Book), English-Polish Edition 2000 (Translation Of The First Edition Of Fidic 1999), With Modifications Introduced By The Ordering Party, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Demolition Of Existing Surfaces, Earthworks (Excavations, Reinforcements Of Excavation Walls, Backfilling, Backfilling With Compaction), Drainage Of Excavations For The Duration Of Construction (Including Drainage And Connection Wells), Network Assembly Works, Execution Of Directed Drilling And Jacking With Protective Pipes, Tightness Tests, As Well As Full Reconstruction Of Road Surfaces And Green Areas Disturbed By The Works.
