The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Be Able To Entrust The Carrying Out Of Development Project Management Missions, As Well As Various Complementary Missions, Falling Within The Framework Of The Vic - Mireval Pem Project. The Program Subject Of This Contract Includes In Particular: - The Creation Of A Bus Service Organized Around The Plot; - The Creation Of Secure Spaces Dedicated To Active Modes; - The Creation Of A Greenway, Part Of The Eurovélo 8 Route, Making It Possible To Eliminate The Existing Cycling Discontinuity Between The Existing Cycling Facilities On Either Side Of The Project; - The Development Of A Drop-Off Area; - The Creation Of Parking Dedicated To Motorized Two-Wheelers; - The Creation Of A Parking Lot With Around 100 Spaces (With Possible Extension) Integrating Regulatory Equipment And Associated Services (Pmr, Electric Charging Stations, Etc.); - The Implementation Of Rainwater Management Systems (Retention Basin, Swales And Landscape Ditches). Project Management Will Have To Intervene On The Following Perimeters. O The Design Phase Will Cover A Single Scope Ensuring Overall Coherence Of The Project (Avp / Pro Phase And Regulatory Authorizations / Act). - The Implementation Phase Will Scrupulously Distinguish Between The Greenway (Cycle Path + Linked Hydraulic And Landscaping Facilities + Airlocks Along The Avenue For Bus Crossings) And The Pem (Any Other Development).
