Machines And Apparatus For Testing And Measuring – Integrated Testing System For Fuel Cell Systems (Fcs Testbed) Within The Project “Romanian Hydrogen Hub And New Energy Technologies – Ro-Hydrohub” Code Smis 351358. The Products Requested Under This Procurement Consist Of An Integrated Test System For Fuel Cell Systems (Fc System Testbed - Fcs), Intended For Research, Development And Experimental Validation Of Fc Pem Stacks And Systems, Including Auxiliary Subsystems (Balance Of Plant - Bop). The System Must Be Delivered As A Complete And Integrated Solution, Including All Subsystems Required For Safe Operation, Control And Monitoring. The Fc Integrated Testbed (Fcs Testbed) Will Be Configured As A Set Of Interconnected And Fully Integrated Subsystems, Designed And Sized To Allow Continuous Testing Of Fc Pem Systems With A Nominal Power Of At Least 100 Kw.
