Building Rental Or Sale Services – Public Tender For A Contract For Design, Delivery And Set-Up As Well As Subsequent Rental Of Pavilions (New Temporary Pavilion Institution) – Skolen Ved Skoven. The Tender Relates To A Turnkey Contract For The Design, Delivery And Installation Of Pavilions And Subsequent Rental (For 36 Months), Maintenance And Operation Thereof For Use In The Construction Of A Temporary Pavilion Institution To House Students At The School At The Forest (Hereinafter Pavilions) In Connection With A Future Capacity Expansion Of The School (The Capacity Expansion Of The School Is Offered In A Separate Tender) As Well As (Possible) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Pavilions. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With The Rules In Chapter Ii On Public Procurement Above The Threshold Values In The Tender Act (Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015 With Subsequent Amendments). As A Contractor, The Client Takes Care Of The Construction Of The Areas On Which The Pavilions Are To Be Erected. This Means That The Developer Establishes Supplies (Electricity, Water And Sewage) Up To The Specified Connection Points On The Site As Shown On The Drawing Material. From These Connection Points, The Contractor (The Winning Tenderer) Must Establish The Internal Supply And Continue All Necessary Installations Around The Pavilions. The Supplies Up To The Connection Points Are Presented As Buried Installations. Network Installations And Wireless Access Points (Aps) Are Also Delivered By The Client As A Builders Supply. The Contractor (The Winning Tenderer) Must, However, Ensure That The Pavilion Buildings Are Prepared For These Installations By Establishing Sufficient Internal Conduits In The Form Of Ducts, Cable Trays, Empty Pipes And/Or Shafts, So That The Subsequent Installation Can Be Carried Out Without Structural Interventions. For A More Detailed Description Of The Tasks Covered By The Contract, Please Refer To The Tender Documents As Stated In Section 2 Of The Tender Conditions, Including In Particular The Project Description And The Main Timetable. The Contract Is Offered With A Right To Change, A Buyers Right And A Re-Establishment Obligation, Which Are Regulated In More Detail In The Draft Total Contract And The Associated Lease Agreement (Appendix 1 To The Total Contract), Including: • Right To Change To Extend The Lease Period By Up To 36 Months, Cf. Clause Of The Lease Agreement 12.1-12.2. • The Buyers Right (Option) For The Developer To Acquire The Rented Pavilions At The End Of The Ordinary Rental Period Or Later, Cf. Clause Of The Rental Agreement. 12.3-12.9. • Removal And Disposal Of The Pavilions And Re-Establishment Of The Site (Re-Establishment), Cf. Section Of The Lease Agreement. 13.1-13.4. The Value Of The Purchase Right And The Re-Establishment Price Are Included In The Total Bid Amount As Specified In Section 7.2 Of The Tender Conditions. The Right To Change To Extend The Rental Period Is Not Priced Independently And Is Not Included As An Independent Item In The Total Bid Sum.
