Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer, In The Case Of Public Procurement Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify Compliance With The Above Requirement At Every Stage Of The Procedure.
