The Client Intends To Award A Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Toner Cartridges For A 4 Printing Devices For The Judicial Authorities Of The Free State Of Thuringia By Means Of A Europe-Wide Tender In An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 15 I 1 Vgv. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded As A One-Partner Framework Agreement With No Purchase Obligation And A Term Of 36 Months. The Framework Agreement Begins With The Award. The Estimated Total Purchase Quantity Is Approximately 7,900 Toners For 36 Months.
