Description Of The Procurement The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Digital Service Of Domestic Newspapers And Magazines, Which Includes A Selection Of Magazines And A User Interface For Using, Browsing, Searching And Reading The Magazines, As Well As Related Support Services. It Is Possible For The Subscriber To Receive Various Usage Statistics On The Use Of The Service And The Magazines It Contains. Access To The Digital Service Of Domestic Newspapers And Magazines Must Be Available To The Entire Government (Ministries, The Office Of The Chancellor Of Justice And The Office Of The President Of The Republic). Access To The Service Is Enabled By Ip Authentication Or Sso Single Sign-On, Which Ensure That Only Authorized Users Of The Subscriber Can Use The Service. The Subscribers Personnel Have Access To The Service Platform Maintained By The Supplier As A Saas Service, Which Contains Domestic Newspapers And Magazines Selected And Acquired By The Subscriber. The Subscribers Staff Can Browse The Collection, Target The Titles In The Collection And Select A Magazine Title To Read. The Features And Functionalities Of The Service Platform Are Presented In Appendix 1 Minimum Requirements. The Services Link Or Links To Individual Magazine Titles In The Service Are Published On The Subscribers Intranet And On Other Internal Sites, Where Information Materials Acquired For Use By The Government Are Presented To The Governments Personnel. The Service And The Magazines Ordered By The Subscriber Must Have Remote Access Rights. Remote Use Means That During Remote Work, The Customers Personnel Use The Service Using Devices Provided By The Employer In The Government Network. The Procurement Includes The Possibility Of Additional Procurement During The Contract Period For Individual New Newspaper And Magazine Titles. One Magazine Can Be Read Simultaneously By A Predetermined Number Of Users Per Magazine. Six Users Can Read The Newspaper Selection At The Same Time. The Service Is Available To The Subscribers Personnel 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Year. The Tenderer Must Attach A Description Of The Digital Service Of Domestic Newspapers And Magazines To Their Offer. Based On The Tender, The Customer Chooses One Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. Implementation Project The Deployment Of The Service Must Start From The Signing Of The Contract And The Deployment Must Be Completed 1 Month After The Signing Of The Contract. The Content Of The Implementation Project Is The Establishment And Implementation Of The Service. During Commissioning, The Conformity Of The Service Is Determined.
