The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, I.E. Energy Supply With Distribution Service For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 946,684 Kwh Of The Basic Order. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Reserve Seller Is: Tauron Głos Sp. Z O. O. 4. The Current Comprehensive/Electricity Sales Agreements With Existing Electricity Sellers For Electricity Consumption Points Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Concluded For A Fixed Period, And A Detailed Description For Each Ppe Point Is Provided In The Column Called Period Of Validity Of The Current Agreement/Notice Period. 5. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Provides Information On The Current Parameters (Tariff Group/Contracted Capacity) That May Be Subject To Change During The Term Of The Electricity Contract. 6. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Of The Basic Order Specified In Section 4.1. Swz Up To 20%: 6.1. The Amount Of Electricity Ordered Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Exercising The Option Right By The Ordering Party Are Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 6.2. The Amount Of Electricity In The Order Will Be Reduced On The Basis, To The Extent And In The Manner Described In § 1 Section 2 Point 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Will Conclude Two Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Electricity With Distribution Services With The Entity Selected In These Proceedings.
