Vehicles For The Emergency Services – Tp32/26Eu Emergency Cbrne Intelligence Vehicles. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of A Maximum Of Five (5) Rescue Cbrne Reconnaissance Vehicles Specified In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Procurement Includes Vehicle, Bodywork, Equipment, Accessories And Protective Equipment Sets, As Well As Obligations Related To Commissioning, Training, Inspection, Registration, Delivery And Documentation. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Implement A Nationally Uniform Entity That Supports The Cooperation Of Rescue Cooperation Areas And Ensures Technically And Functionally Compatible Material Readiness. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement. The Procurement Units Listed In The Participating Organizations Section Of The Procurement Notice And Request For Tenders Participate In The Procurement As Part Of The Cooperation Areas Of Rescue Operations. One Supplier Is Selected In The Tender. A Maximum Of Five (5) Vehicles Can Be Ordered Based On The Purchase. The Organization Ordering The Vehicle Makes Its Own Separate Procurement Contract And Written Order With The Selected Supplier. Participation In Procurement Does Not In Itself Oblige The Organization To Enter Into A Procurement Contract Or Order. The Procurement Is Planned To Be Carried Out In Two Phases: In Phase 1, It Is Planned To Acquire A Total Of Three (3) Vehicles For The Use Of The Cooperation Areas Of Rescue Operations In Northern Finland, Eastern Finland And Western Finland. According To The Current Implementation And Financing Plan, The Welfare Region Of Northern Ostrobothnia, The Welfare Region Of Northern Savo And The Welfare Region Of Varsinais Suomen Act As The Organizations Ordering The Vehicles, So That Each Organization Can Order One (1) Vehicle. Phase 1 Vehicles Must Be Received With Approval No Later Than 30 November 2027. In Phase 2, A Total Of Two (2) Vehicles Can Be Acquired For The Use Of The Rescue Cooperation Areas Of Inner Finland And Southern Finland. According To The Current Implementation And Financing Plan, The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area And The Rescue Service Of The City Of Helsinki Act As The Organizations Ordering The Vehicles, So That Each Organization Can Order One (1) Vehicle. Phase 2 Vehicles Must Be Received With Approval No Later Than 30 November 2029. Ordering Phase 2 Vehicles Also Requires That The Relevant Ordering Organization Has Been Granted Sufficient Government Aid Or Other Funding For The Purchase And That The Funding Decision Enables The Vehicle To Be Ordered In Accordance With The Request For Tender And The Procurement Contract. The Ordering Organization Is Not Obliged To Place An Order If Sufficient Funding Is Not Granted, The Terms Of The Funding Decision Do Not Make The Acquisition Possible, Or The Execution Of The Acquisition Would Change Substantially Due To The Funding Decision.
