The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection Of Certain Types Of Municipal Waste In The Area Of The Municipality Of Gornja Radgona As A Mandatory Municipal Public Service From Point 3 Of The First Paragraph Of Article 233 Of The Environmental Protection Act (Zvo-2), Namely The Collection Of: - Separate Fractions Of Certain Municipal Waste And Bulky Waste, Except For Separately Collected Waste Packaging And Biodegradable Kitchen Waste And Green Garden Waste, - Separately Collected Waste Packaging, - Biodegradable Kitchen Waste And Green Garden Waste And - Mixed Municipal Waste. The Subject Also Includes All Accompanying Services, Equipment And Obligations Specified In The Documentation Related To The Award Of The Public Contract, The Decree On The Collection Of Municipal Waste In The Area Of ​​The Municipality Of Gornja Radgona (Local Gazette Prepih, No. 94/2015, And Official Gazette Of Slovenian Municipalities, No. 8/2025), Zvo-2, Regulations On Waste, Methodology For Pricing Services Of Mandatory Municipal Public Services For Environmental Protection And Other Applicable Regulations. The Public Contract Is Awarded For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of Services Under The Contract.
