The Offer Includes Acquisition, Establishment And Subsequent Service, I.E. Application Operation, Support And Maintenance Of A Common Sro/Scada System For The Ordering Partys 20 Supply Plants As Well As Physical Replacements Of Electrical Equipment On 12 Plants. The Delivery Is Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract Consisting Of System, Application Operation And Physical Replacement. The Acquisition Also Includes Hourly Consultancy Services Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Purpose Is To Establish One Uniform And Operationally Stable Platform For Monitoring, Control And Regulation Within Electricity, Water, Heating And Facilities As Well As Ensuring Access To Reliable Operating Data. The Overall Solution Must Cover The Following Supply Areas: • The Water Area Comprising Three Waterworks, Two Spring Sites With 13 Recovery Boreholes And 11 Sectional Wells Or Houses. •The Electricity Area Comprising Five Substations. •The Heating Area Comprising Seven Heating Systems, Three Pump Or Booster Stations And Ten Net Metering Points. • The Facility Area, Including Building Management At Gevs Head Office. The Environment Also Includes 30 Siemens Plcs, 15 Schneider Electric Plcs And Other Automation Equipment. The System Delivery Includes The Establishment And Commissioning Of The Joint Sro/Scada System With Necessary Programs, Licenses And Components. The System Is Established On Gevs It Infrastructure And Connected To The Relevant Facilities And Systems. The Existing Plc And Automation Systems Must Be Integrated With The New Joint Sro/Scada Platform. For Designated Facilities, The Existing Physical Tag Marking Is Retained, Even If It Deviates From Gevs Tag Standard. In These Cases, The Solution Must Support Unique Mapping Between The Physical Tag Marking And The Corresponding Tag Ids In The Solution. The Service Delivery Includes Application Operation Of The Sro/Scada Application, Monitoring, Support, Maintenance, Bug Fixes, Updates And Further Development. The Delivery Also Includes Necessary Training And Documentation. On 12 Plants, The Delivery Includes The Removal And Disposal Of Existing Components As Well As The Replacement Or Installation Of, Among Other Things, Switchboards, Plcs, Connections, Ups Systems And Frequency Converters. Affected Documentation, Including Signal Lists And Technical Diagrams, Must Be Updated. The Delivery Is Carried Out In Stages Per Plant And Includes Clarification, Establishment, Training, Documentation, Installation, Tests And Commissioning. The Supplier Must Ensure That The System, Service And Physical Works Together Form A Functional Solution.
