The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of: - 220 M3 Of Diesel Oil - 30 M3 Of Heating Oil For The Own Needs Of The Municipal Waste Utilization Plant In Janczyce, Successively From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And The Requirements Specified In The Standards Pn-En 590:2013-12, Pn-En 228:2013-04. The Offer Must Be Accompanied By Test Results Of The Offered Diesel Oil Performed By An Independent Laboratory Accredited By The Polish Accreditation Center Authorized To Conduct Oil Tests. The Test Results Must Confirm That The Diesel Oil Offered Meets The Minimum Conditions Specified Above. The Supplied Oil Should Contain The Amount Of Biocomponents Not Higher Than That Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Biocomponents And Liquid Biofuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 901, As Amended). 3. Conditions Of Implementation: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order With An Estimated Total Quantity: - 220 M3 - Diesel Oil - 30 M3 - Oil Fuel 2) A Single Delivery Will Amount To: A) For Diesel Oil - Approx. 4-5 M3 B) For Heating Oil - Approx. 2-3 M3 3) Transport Of The Subject Of The Order Carried Out Entirely By The Contractor - Without The Participation Of The Ordering Party. All Of The Contractors Means Of Transport Should Be Equipped With A Verified Measuring Device Determining The Amount Of Diesel Oil In Liters And Meeting The Technical Conditions For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels, Specified In The Relevant Legal Provisions. 4) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Within 48 Hours From The Time Of Placing A Telephone Or Written Request. Due To The Strategic Nature Of The Order, A Delivery Delay Not Preceded By Appropriate Arrangements Between The Parties Will Necessarily Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties Specified In The Contract Template, And In The Event Of Repeated Failures, Also In The Termination Of The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor. The Above Requirement Will Be Treated Strictly By The Ordering Party. 5) The Requirement For The Contractor To Notify A Strict Delivery Date (Day And Approximate Time). The Ordering Party Will Accept Deliveries Between 7:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. On Business Days (Monday-Friday). Failure To Meet This Daily Deadline Will Be Treated As A Delivery Delay. Fuel Collection At Times Other Than 7:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
