The Subject Of The Order Is The Planning Services Of - Object Planning For Buildings And Interiors And Structural Planning Planning Services For The Following Service Profiles Of The Hoai: - Object Planning Buildings And Interiors (§§ 33 Ff. Hoai), Service Phases 1 To 9 - Structural Planning (§§ 49 Ff. Hoai), Service Phases 1 To 6 The Client Initially Only Commissions The Service Phases 1 To 3 According To Hoai For Underground Car Park A And Underground Car Park B And Reserves The Right To Commission Further Service Phases Individually Or As A Whole. There Is No Entitlement To Further Orders, Nor Can This Result In Any Other Contractual Obligations For The Client.
