The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Three Types Of Office Paper In A4 Formats (Quality A, B And C) And One Type Of Office Paper In A3 Formats (Quality A) For Printing And Copying Equipment According To The Specification See Below (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Goods) And The Provision Of Related Services. The Supplier Is Obliged To Add To Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation - Product Specification The Individual Technical Parameters Of The Offered Goods, With The Fact That The Annex Added By The Supplier Will Subsequently Form Annex No. 2 Of The Framework Agreement. Within The Individual Categories Of Office Paper (I.E. A4-1, A4-2, A4-3, A3-1), The Supplier Is Entitled To Offer Multiple Paper Alternatives Meeting The Required Technical Parameters, Which Will Be Supplied Within That Category. The Price Of All Variants Of Supplied Office Paper Within The Relevant Category Will Always Be Uniform. In The Case Of An Offer Of Several Office Paper Alternatives, The Supplier Will Accordingly Modify Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation – Product Specification, By Inserting A New Column For The Relevant Tables In The Annex. The Offer Of Several Alternatives Of Office Paper Within That Category Is Not Considered A Variant Offer If All Offered Alternatives Meet The Technical Parameters And Have The Same Purchase Price. In The Event That A Supplier Offers Several Variants Of Office Paper For One Category, The Central Contracting Authority Will Not Exclude The Supplier If At Least One Variant Of The Office Paper Offered Meets The Required Technical Parameters In The Given Category. In Such A Case, The Central Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Only Those Variants Of Office Paper That Meet The Required Technical Parameters. The Supplied Office Paper Must Be Marked With The Eu Ecolabel, Proving That All The Criteria For Awarding The Eu Ecolabel Were Met During The Production Of The Office Paper. The Supplier Is Entitled To Demonstrate Compliance With The Criteria For Awarding The Eu Ecolabel With Another Appropriate Label Certifying That The Supplied Office Paper Meets Equivalent Requirements. If The Supplier Was Demonstrably Unable To Obtain The Required Or Equivalent Label And E.G
