Postal Services – Postal Services. The Rzf Nrw Is Tendering A Framework Contract For The Collection, Transport And Delivery Of Postal Items Within The Meaning Of Section 3 Of The Postal Act (Postg). If Delivery Is Not Possible, It Must Be Ensured That The Mail Is Returned To The Sender (Higher Finance Directorate, Ministry Of Finance Or Tax Office). The Aim Of The Tender Or The Framework Contract Is A Safe, Legally Compliant, Effective, Economical And Ecological Provision Of Services By The Contractor. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Begins On January 4, 2027 And Covers A Period Of Two Years. Furthermore, The Client Reserves The Option To Extend The Framework Agreement For A Maximum Of Two Additional Years (See Section 5 Of The Framework Agreement). The Expected Volume Per Year Is Around 25 Million Letters. A Small Proportion Of Shipments Go Abroad (Approx. 1-2%). Due To Fluctuations In Day-To-Day Business, Shipment Volumes May Reach Around 1 Million Shipments On Individual Days. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Transport Of Postal Items, Including Additional Services If Necessary, And Their Delivery To The Recipient. The Shipments Are Provided By The Customer With Franking And Envelopes (Computer Franking With Posy Output Factory), Prepared For Each Product, Sorted According To Routing Regions And Handed Over In Labeled Transport Containers (Information Carriers). Any Costs For Adapting The Current Software - E.G. With Regard To The Sorting Criteria Of The Contractors Shipments - Are Borne By The Contractor Himself. The Client Bears The Costs For The Licenses.
