Guard Services – Contract For Guarding Services For Wallonie Bruxelles International (Wbi) And The Walloon Export And Foreign Investment Agency (Awex). The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Relating To Security Services And Concerns In Particular: • The Surveillance Of Buildings And The Protection Of The Agents Who Work There; • Remote Monitoring Of Buildings In Accordance With The Services Program As Detailed In The Part Relating To Technical Requirements Of The Special Specifications, Hereinafter Referred To As “Csc”; • The Opening And Closing Of Building Accesses, Including The Activation And Deactivation Of Alarms; • Reception And Identification Of Visitors; • Receipt Of Packages, Services Or Supplies In The Absence Of An Agent; • The Permanence Of The Telephone Exchange; • Carrying Out Security Patrols Outside Buildings On Weekends, Public Holidays And Exemption Days; • Rapid Intervention In The Event Of Triggering Of An Alarm, Whatever It May Be, Or In The Event Of A Breakdown; • Contacting Designated Technical Service Providers In The Event Of Any Technical Anomaly Being Noted In One Of The Buildings, And Drafting The Related Report; • Regular Information To The Contracting Authority On Events Observed During The Performance Of The Services;
