Computer-Related Services – Soc. According To The Service Description, The Service Includes Five Capability Groups: (Cg-1) Security Monitoring And Response, (Cg-2) Cnapp, (Cg-3) Secure Software Supply Chain, (Cg-4) Soar And (Cg-5) Governance And Improvement. Security Operations Must Be Provided For Multiple Platform Instances, Including The Medi:Cus Platform, The Germany Platform, Shared Dev And Other Sector-Specific Instances. The Contractor Takes Over The Inventory Built Up In The Pilot Operation For The Medi:Cus Instance And Provides The Services On The Basis Of Binding Service Levels, Including: Availability Of The Monitoring Solution (At Least 99.5%), Response Times According To Alarm Priority And 24/7 Uptime.
