When Performing A Public Contract, The Selected Supplier Must Comply With The Rules Of Secure Development According To Iso/Iec 27001 And Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Contract In Accordance, In Particular, With Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security And The Network And Information Security Directive 2 (Nis2).
