The Samples Are Collected On Weekdays Monday To Friday In Our Laboratory Building 5 At The Klingenmünster Location And Must Be Transported Professionally. The Vehicles Must Be Equipped With Temperature Control, Cooling And Freezing Devices. Pick-Up Times Are Between 2 P.M. And 4 P.M. Detailed Agreements May Need To Be Clarified In Writing With Our Laboratory. The Transport And Packaging Costs Must Be Included In The Individual Prices Of The Samples; Transport Media Must Be Provided Free Of Charge. If Necessary, The Intake Information Center At The Klingenmünster Location Will Be Visited On Saturdays, Sundays Or Public Holidays After Telephone Consultation And The Samples Will Be Picked Up There. In This Case, Collection Will Take Place Between 11 A.M. And 2 P.M. The Findings Must Be Transmitted Immediately After The Findings Have Been Prepared. The Result Must Be Determined Within A Normal Time As Determined. The Samples Must Be Processed On The Day The Samples Are Received.
