A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope As Well As The Method And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 2.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2.2 Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Make A Subjective Qualification Of The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.4. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Basic Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Amount Allocated For Its Implementation Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.
