Warsaw, Qualitatively Corresponding To Detailed Commercial (Industry) Standards And General Commercial Standards Specified In Applicable Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Take Place: 1) From The Place Of Storage/Warehousing Of The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order, With A Current Decision Issued By The Competent Authority Of The State Sanitary Inspection Regarding The Approval Of The Plant/Warehouse Subject To Official Control Of The State Sanitary Inspection Authorities In The Scope Of: A) If The Contractor Is A Producer, Production, Storage, Packaging And Trade Of Agri-Food Products, Or B) If The Contractor Is Not Is A Producer, Storage, Packaging And Trade Of Agri-Food Products; 2) Using At Least 3 (In Words: Three) Means Of Transport That Meet Sanitary Requirements, In Accordance With The Act On Food And Nutrition Safety, Documented By Current Decisions Or Certificates Or Opinions Issued By The Competent Authority Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate Regarding The Means Of Transport Meeting The Requirements Necessary To Ensure Hygiene In The Trade Of Food Products In Terms Of Adaptation To The Transport Of Food; The Ordering Party Requires That The Documents In Question Contain Information About The Registration Number Of The Means Of Transport To Which They Concern. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order. The Quality Guarantee Assumes That The Shelf Life Of Products Delivered To The Ordering Partys Facilities Will Be At Least: 1) For Vegetables And Fruit - 5 Days From The Date Of Each Delivery 2) For Seasonal Fruit - 2 Days From The Date Of Each Delivery. Vegetables And Fruits Should Be: A) Healthy (Without Signs Of Rot And Mold), Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, Not Withered, Clean, And Undamaged; B) Color Typical Of The Variety; C) Unacceptable Foreign Taste, Aftertaste Or Smell; (D) Uniform In Packaging In Terms Of Origin, Quality, Size And, Possibly, The Same Degree Of Maturity And Development; E) Products Should Be Transported In Packaging Intended For This Purpose, Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food, Not Damaged, Not Wet, Without Traces Of Mold And Foreign Odors. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Delivering The Ordered Products To Assist In Unloading Them
