Division Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts: Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Decided Not To Divide This Public Procurement Into Parts (Partial Packages/Tasks). Resignation From Dividing The Order Is Dictated By Objective Economic, Financial And Organizational Factors. 4. Employment Based On The Employment Relationship Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law: The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, All Persons Driving The Vehicles With Which The Contractor Will Provide The Service In Question. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Verify The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Subject To The Provisions Of § 8 Section 3 Points 1 Appendix No. 2 To Swz.
