Health And Safety Services – Herford District, Occupational Safety Support. Initial Situation: The Herford District (Client), A Public Administration Service Provider, Requires Security-Related Support From January 1St, 2027. The Herford District Currently Has Over 50 Branch Offices Throughout The District And In Various Areas (Including Administration, Waste Disposal, Construction Yards, Social Services); The Main Administration Building Is In Herford. The Client Currently Has Around 1,600 Employees (Civil Servants, Collective Bargaining Employees, Etc.). The Contractor Takes Over The Safety-Related Support Of The Employees In Accordance With The Occupational Safety Act (Asig) And Within The Framework Of The Provisions Of Dguv Regulation 2. Scope Of Services: After Determining The Care Times In Accordance With Dguv Regulation 2, A Time Expenditure Of 1238 Hours/Year Is To Be Allocated. 851 Hours Are Planned For Basic Support, 237 Hours For Company-Specific Support And 150 Hours For Work As A Fire Protection Officer. The Care Times Are Determined Annually And Any Changes In The Assigned Time Will Be Adjusted Accordingly If Necessary. The Timing Of The Care Times Will Be Agreed With The Client; Flexibility Is Desired. The Service Is Commissioned For 2 Years (January 1, 2027-December 31, 2028) With The Option Of Extending It Four Times For Another Year.
