Refuse And Waste Related Services – Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders For The Operation Of The Arles Transfer Center, The Reception, Packaging And Transport Of Household And Similar Waste To The Outlets. The Services Necessary For The Operation Of The Arles Transfer Center, For The Reception, Control, Grouping, Packaging And Transfer Of Residual Household Waste (Omr), Recyclable Household Packaging And Other Authorized Flows, As Well As Their Transport To The Outlets Designated By Accm, Are Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Contract Is Organized Into A Single Lot Bringing Together The Operation Of The Transfer Center, Flow Management, Provision And Handling Of Alternative Moving Floor Semi-Trailers (Fma), As Well As The Transport Of Waste To The Outlets Designated By Accm. The Holder Is Subject To An Obligation Of Result Under The Conditions Defined By The Contractual Documents. It Implements All Necessary Means To Ensure The Continuity Of Public Service, The Safety Of People, The Protection Of The Environment As Well As Compliance With Applicable Regulatory Requirements. This Framework Agreement Is Subject, Where Applicable, To The Legal, Regulatory And Conventional Provisions Applicable To The Resumption Of Personnel, In Particular Those Resulting From The National Collective Agreement For Waste Activities Of May 11, 2000 Extended (And Its Subsequent Texts). Information Relating To The Personnel Concerned Is Specified In The Consultation Documents. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From January 1, 2027 (Or Its Notification Date If Later) For An Initial Period Of Twelve (12) Months, Tacitly Renewable Three (3) Times For A Period Of One Year, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Forty-Eight (48) Months. The Maximum Annual Order Amount Is Set At 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, I.E. A Maximum Amount Of 8,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement.
