More Specifically, The Supply And Installation Of The Device, Medical Oxygen And Accessories At The Patients Homes, As Well As The Maintenance, Follow-Up And Guidance Of The Patients, If Applicable And In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Convention. More Specifically, It Concerns The Supply And Installation Of: - Oxygen Therapy With A Fixed Oxygen Concentrator - Oxygen Therapy With A Fixed Oxygen Concentrator And Filling Compressor - Oxygen Therapy With A Fixed And Portable Oxygen Concentrator - Oxygen Therapy With A Portable Oxygen Concentrator - Oxygen Therapy With Liquid Oxygen The Contractor Also Provides A Digital Follow-Up Platform. The Oost-Limburg Hospital Currently Works With Pneumonline On The Sint-Jan Campus. To Date, There Is No Digital Follow-Up System In Place At Zol Maas And Kempen. There Is No Mandatory Transfer Of Existing Patients To The Awarded Contractor(S). Existing Patients Will Continue To Be Guided By Their Current Healthcare Provider. The Distribution Key Included In The Contract Documents Only Applies To New Patients Who Are Started From The Start Of The Framework Agreement. However, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Decide Differently In Individual Files If This Is Deemed Necessary In The Interest Of Continuity Of Care Or The Proper Execution Of The Assignment.
