Based On The Required Quantities Of Consumed Electrical Energy At The Contracting Authoritys Sites For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Namely: 3,757.90 Mwh, The Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Vasil Levski Higher Education Institution For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Is 7,515.80 Mwh, According To Appendix 2 To The Technical Specification. The Same Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information About The Purposes Of This Public Procurement And Formation Of Its Estimated Value, Not Committing The Contracting Authority To Use It. The Volume Of The Order Is 13 Objects/Lot Numbers, According To Appendix 1 To The Technical Specification. The Present Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zop (The So-Called Reverse Order Of Consideration - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, And The Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Order Of Article 61 Of The Ppzop).
