Laboratory Reagents – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Biomarkers For Cardiac Pathologies And For The Diagnosis Of Sepsis With The Provision, Free Of Charge, Of The Analyzers. Supply Of Biomarkers For Cardiac Pathologies And For The Diagnosis Of Sepsis In The Quantities And Conditions Provided In The Specifications. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Kits With Reagents And The Consumables Dedicated To Obtaining The Tests, It Is Also Necessary To Make Available, Free Of Charge, For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Co-Contracts, The Analyzers On Which The Laboratory Samples Will Be Performed. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By The Governments Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days.
