Object Of The Contract: Supply Of 1 Cpl. – A.T.V. (All Terrain Vehicle) For The Purpose Of Implementing The Project Intelligent Cross-Border Resilience In Emergency Situations Financed Under The Interreg Ipa Romania-Serbia 2021-2027 Program And Its Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority (Um 0435 Reșita). The Atv Proposed For Purchase Is Necessary For Access To Hard-To-Reach Areas (Forests, Mountain Or Riverside Areas), Where Conventional Special Vehicles Cannot Intervene Effectively. It Will Be Used In Particular For Patrolling, Emergency Intervention And Field Inspection Activities In Cross-Border Activities, Being An Essential Tool In Partnership Missions. Interested Economic Operators Can Request Additional Clarifications/Information Up To The 18Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
