Guard Services – Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders For Occasional Guarding Of Sites In The Accm Urban Community. Occasional General Surveillance And Guarding Services For Sites And Premises Owned By The Accm Urban Community Or In Which It Exercises Its Powers. The Services Must Ensure Security, Monitor Or Prevent, Where Applicable, Access To Premises, Prevent, Intervene And Control Any Suspicious Action During A Guarding Mission On One Of The Sites Of The Accm Agglomeration Community. The Accm Urban Community May Also Call On The Service Provider To Ensure The Security Of Various Events. The Service Provider Must Be In A Position To Provide The Personnel Necessary For The Missions 365 Days A Year, 24 Hours A Day And On Several Sites Simultaneously. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded From January 1, 2027 (Or Its Notification Date If Later) For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months. This Framework Agreement Includes Three (3) Tacit Renewals For A Duration Of Twelve (12) Months Each. The Order Amount For The Initial Contract And Each Renewal Is Limited To 300,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, I.E. A Total Amount Of 1,200,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract Of Forty-Eight (48) Months. This Framework Agreement Is Awarded According To A Procedure Adapted In Application Of Article R. 2123-1, 3° Of The Public Procurement Code, Relating To Contracts For The Purpose Of Social Services And Other Specific Services.
