The Task Of The Successful Tenderer (Seller) Is To Deliver, Install, And Commission The Devices To Their Destination Within The Performance Deadline, Complete A Three (3) Day Test After Successful Commissioning (Minimum 3 Hours), Train The Use Of The Devices For A Minimum Of 4 People, 5 Times (Minimum 2 Hours), And Provide A 24-Month Full Warranty Starting From The Day Following The Successful Test (Completion). The Offer Includes: - The Offer Of The Above-Mentioned Devices With The Parameters Defined In The Public Procurement Technical Description, - The Delivery, Installation, And Commissioning Of The Equipment, - Performance Of A Test Run After Commissioning, - Training In Its Use For A Minimum Of 4 People, 5 Times (Minimum 2 Hours) - A 24-Month Full Warranty. General Requirements: In Addition To The Above, The Successful Tenderer Is Responsible For Ensuring A 24-Month Warranty Period, Which Includes The Regular Preventive Maintenance And Error Correction Required By The Manufacturer, As Well As The Provision Of The Materials Used In This Process, Including The Free Replacement Of All Low- And High-Value Parts, As Well As The Legally Required 4/2009 On Medical Devices.
