Hire Of Passenger Cars With Driver - Centralized Purchase Of Passenger Transportation Services In The City Of Kaunas (Inter.). Kaunas City Municipality Administration (Procurement Organization), Implementing The Kaunas City Councils 2022 May 24 Decision No. T-254 Regarding Granting The Right To Perform The Functions Of A Central Procurement Organization To The Administration Of Kaunas City Municipality And The Public Institution Kaunas City Pliklinika Granted It The Right To Perform The Functions Of A Central Procurement Organization, In The Course Of Public Procurement, Provides For The Conclusion Of A Preliminary Contract For The Purchase Of Passenger Transport Services In The City Of Kaunas (Hereinafter Referred To As The Preliminary Contract), On The Basis Of Which The Administration Of Kaunas City Municipality And Its Subordinate Institutions (Hereinafter Referred To As The Buyers) Will Conclude The Main Contracts For Procurement Of Passenger Transportation Services In The City Of Kaunas. Transportation Services Will Be Used By Educational Institutions (Transportation Of Second-Grade Students To Swimming Pools During The Implementation Of The Swim Training Program, Transportation Of Children And Students Of Various Ages To Various Educational Activities And Other Events). Along With Children And/Or Students, Accompanying Teachers/Educators And/Or Other Adults Accompanying Children And/Or Students Will Also Use The Transportation Services. The Transportation Services Will Also Be Used By Budgetary And Public Institutions Under The Administration Of The Kaunas City Municipality. Preliminary Quantities Of Purchased Services And Requirements For The Object Of Procurement Are Specified In The Proposal Form (Annex 2 Of The Special Procurement Conditions) And In Appendix 7 Of The Special Procurement Conditions. The Procuring Organization Does Not Undertake To Ensure The Purchase Of All Specified Services And All Their Quantities, Does Not Guarantee The Continuous Demand For All Services To The Suppliers And Is Not Responsible For The Change (Increase Or Decrease) In The Amount Of Services. The Preliminary Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded With 3 (Three) (Or Less Than 3 (Three), If Fewer Than 3 (Three) Winning Suppliers Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers Of The Tender, Who Have Submitted Offers Acceptable To The Requirements Set Out In The Procurement Documents. Main Service Purchase Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Participants Who Have Signed The Preliminary Contract For Specific Services In The Course Of A Partially Updated Supplier Competition.
