The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Hardware Infrastructure Intended For Operation In The Environment Of The High Security Information Zone, Which Is Used For The Processing, Storage And Transmission Of Information With Increased Requirements For Confidentiality, Integrity And Availability, Consisting Of Parts, Individual Components Listed In The Performance Specification In Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods Or Hw). The Scope Of The Performance Also Includes: A) Transportation And Delivery Of The Goods To The Corresponding Objects At The Place Of Performance Of The Client, See Article 8 Of This Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Also Zd) And Its Moving To The Installation Site According To The Instructions Of The Client; B) Provision In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract Of The Defined Type And Number Of Licenses I. Veeam Backup And Replication Vul Ii. Vmware Vsphere Foundation 9.X Iii. Windows Server 2025 Datacenter Iv. Windows Server 2025 Standard Necessary For The Required Hw Functionality, Including The Provision Of Basic Technical Support (Maintenance) Of These Licenses For A Period Corresponding To The License Program Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Agreement; C) Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of The Goods As A Functional Unit Into The Existing Infrastructure In The Clients Environment; D) Delivery Of Documents And Documents Relating To The Use Of The Goods, In Particular Technical Documentation Including Documentation Of Parameters, Configurations And Settings, In The Czech Language Via Email Or The License Portal; Declaration Of Conformity; Operating Documentation; Respectively Delivery Notes, Warranty Notes For Individual Components; E) Granting Authorization To Exercise The Right To Use Those Parts Or Components Of The Goods That Represent, Or Contain Copyrights Or Other Intellectual Property Rights, To The Extent According To The Draft Contract; F) Checking The Functionality Of The Goods By Trial Operation According To Article Vi Of The Draft Contract; (Hereinafter Also Collectively Referred To As The Subject Of Performance). Furthermore, Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Provision Of Technical Support Of The Goods In The Hpe Proactive Care Mode, To The Extent Given By The Manufacturer, Supplier For A Period Of 5 Years From The Signing Of The Handover Protocol According To Article Vi, Paragraph 2 Of The Draft Agreement. The Client Further Requires That The Software And Licenses That Are Part Of The Goods According To Paragraph 4.1 Zd, Or Part Of The Subject Of Performance According To Paragraph 4.2 Letter B) Zd (Hereinafter Referred To As Sw And License), Were Delivered Electronically And Will Also Include License Conditions And Other Necessary Information And Documentation For The Use Of Sw And Licenses. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In The Draft Contract Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Zd.
