The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called Construction Of A Gravimetric Activated Sludge Selection Installation And An Aeration Control System At The Wastewater Treatment Plant In Rzeszów. 2. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction And Implementation Of A Gravimetric Technology For Activated Sludge Selection And An Aeration Control System Based On Nh4-N And No3-N Measurements In The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rzeszów. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is The Attached Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. In No Case May The Contractor Refer To The Possible Omission Of Some Works In The Bills Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party (Which Are Only Of An Auxiliary Nature), If These Works Are Included In The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan All Activities For The Implementation Of The Agreement, In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice And Applicable Regulations, Regardless Of Whether These Activities/Works Are Listed Separately In Any Document. It Is Assumed That The List Of Planned Works, On The Basis Of Which The Remuneration Was Determined, Was Prepared By The Contractor. In Such Circumstances, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For Unpriced Works Included In The Technical Documentation. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Construction Works To Be Performed With The Use Of Supplies (All Materials, Construction Products, Devices And Equipment Elements Used In The Execution Of The Order) From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements, I.E.: 1) Other Countries Than Member States Of The European Union, 2) Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement Of The World Trade Organization On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, Which The Party Is The European Union; 6. The Country Of Origin Of A Construction Product Or Device Is The Country Where The Product Was Manufactured Or Where The Last Significant Processing Was Carried Out. For This Purpose, The Contractor Will Submit A Declaration In The Offer Form. 7. If It Is Found That The Contractor Plans To Use Materials Or Equipment From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. 8. If It Is Revealed At The Implementation Stage That The Contractor Has Used Material Or Products From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements, The Ordering Party Will Request The Contractor To Immediately Replace It With Material Compliant With The Swz, At The Contractors Expense, Without The Right To Extend The Implementation Deadline. 9. The Offered Price Must Include All Cost Components Resulting From The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Attached To The Swz And Take Into Account The Requirements And Information Of The Ordering Party Included In The Swz, Taking Into Account Any
