The Service Also Includes The Creation And Transmission Of Digital Financial Reports As Well As The Audit Of Selected Subsidiaries In Accordance With The Applicable Commercial And Professional Regulations. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Implementation Of Special Statutory And Voluntary Audits, In Particular The Extended Audit According To Section 53 Hgrg, The Audit Of The Correctness Of The Relevant Accounting-Related It Procedures As A Basis For Issuing The Audit Opinion In Compliance With The Applicable Isa (De) And Idw Ps 330, Whereby The Results Of This Audit Must Be Presented In A Separate Appendix To The Report, The Audit Of Sustainability And Corporate Governance Reports, The Review Of Regulatory Reports And Evidence As Well As The Implementation Of Other Legally Required Or Needs-Based Special Audits.
