This Group Purchase Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply Of Office And School Supplies, For A Period Of 48 Months, To The Boards Spread Across The Iok Operating Area And That Are Members Of The Iok Inter-Municipal Purchasing Service. These Authorities Include: Police Zones, Emergency Assistance Zones, Ocmw, Municipal And City Councils And Welfare Associations. This Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Without Any Purchase Obligation. Consequently, Notwithstanding The Award And Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement By The Contracting Authority Iok On The Basis Of These Specifications, The Aforementioned Authorities Are Free To Order Elsewhere During The Term Of The Contract Or Not To Place An Order. The Contractor Cannot Claim Compensation For This.
