The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Full, Daily Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Hospital Patients And Regenerative Meals For Hospital Staff, Which Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Meals By The Contractor Outside The Ordering Partys Premises, Based On The Contractors Premises Equipment, At Least Three Meals A Day, Subject To Special Diets Established By A Doctor In Consultation With The Contractors Dietitian, 2) Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Party By The Contractors Means Of Transport (In Thermoses, Containers Such As Gn Or Other Tightly Closed Containers Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature Of Meals). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Submit The Following Pieces Of Evidence Together With The Offer: 1. A Certificate Prepared By The Competent Authority/Institution Or A Certificate Confirming That The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Principles Of The Haccp System Or An Equivalent System Ensuring Food And Nutrition Safety In The Contractors Kitchen, Where The Services To The Ordering Party Will Actually Be Performed. 2. The Ordering Party Should Inform That In The Event Of Failure To Submit The Document Referred To In Section 1, The Ordering Party Will Request Him To Supplement Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
