The Contracting Authority Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Three Suppliers, Who Will Subsequently Be Awarded Partial Public Contracts In Accordance With § 132 Paragraph 3 Letter C) Zzvz (I.E. A Combination Of Procedures With And Without Renewal Of The Competition) And According To The Rules Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Partial Public Contracts Is The Supply Of Rails Of Shapes (Profiles) 49E1, 60E2 And R65 Made Of Steel Class R260 To The Organizational Units Of The Contracting Authority In The Territory Of The Czech Republic To Ensure The Operability Of The Railway Transport Route, For The Repair And Maintenance Of Tracks According To The Requirements Of The Organizational Units Of The Contracting Authority, Or Also For Investment Actions According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Rails Will Be Delivered In The Lengths Normally Produced For Non-Contact Rail (Minimum 74 M), Including Loading, Acceptance And Transport To The Destination (Except For The Unloading Of The Material At The Destination). For Jointed Track In Basic Manufactured Lengths: • In Length 20 M For Shape R65, Including Shortenings; • In A Length Of 25 M For Shapes 49 E1, 60 E2 And R65, Including Abbreviations.
