The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of The Necessary Computer Equipment Along With Software For The Operation And Digitization Of The Archive. The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Implementation, Training And Provision Of Technical Support And Warranty For A Period Of 36 Months. The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of A License For The Software That Is The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Task Received Funding From The Budget Of The Silesian Voivodeship. The Subject Of This Order Is Implemented As Part Of A Targeted Subsidy For The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Facility - The Building Of The Katowice Oncology Center At Ul. Raciborska 26 In Katowice For The Purpose Of Housing A Hospital Archive. The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Equipment Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Waives The Division Of The Order Into Parts, The Subject Of Which Is The Supply Of Software For The Operation And Digitization Of The Archive Together With The Necessary Equipment, Due To The Nature Of The Order And The Need To Ensure Its Consistent And Effective Implementation. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procedure Pursuant To Article 257 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded.
