Software Development Services – Is Decisions Of The Ns Sr. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply, Implementation, Operation, Support And Development Of An Information System For Making Available Court Decisions Of The Supreme Court Of The Slovak Republic. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Forms Attachment No. 1 (Annex No. 1A, No. 1B And No. 1C) Of These Tender Documents And The Non-Public Part Of The Assignment. The Non-Public Part Of The Assignment Contains Information And Technical Specifications (Hereinafter Referred To As The Non-Public Part), Which Are Confidential Information Within The Meaning Of The Confidentiality Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 10 Of These Tender Documents. The Non-Public Part Is Not Published Due To The Protection Of Confidential Information. The Non-Public Part Of The Tender Documents Will Be Provided To Interested Parties Without Delay (In The Form Of Inspection With The Possibility Of Making Photocopies) On The Basis Of The Signed Confidentiality Agreement Through A Secure Storage. The Non-Public Part Of The Tender Documents Will Be Provided To The Interested Party On The Basis Of A Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement Delivered To The Contracting Authority By The Person/Persons Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Interested Party In 3 Copies In Person To The Public Contracting Authoritys Office Or To The Address Of The Public Contracting Authoritys Seat (See Point 1 Of These Tender Documents) In Paper Form. At The Same Time, The Interested Party Must State The Name, Surname And Email Of The Person Who Will Be Allowed To View The Documentation Of The Public Contracting Authority.
