The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards. 3.2. The Offered Ambulances Must Have Brand New Equipment, Free From Defects, Covered By The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty, Meeting The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law Act Of June 20, 1997, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, Applicable Standards Pn-En 1789+A2:2015-01 For Means Of Road Transport Type C And Pn-En 1865 (Requirements For Stretchers And Other Medical Equipment For Moving Patients Used In Road Ambulances) Or Equivalent Standards. 3.3. The Delivered Ambulances And Medical Equipment Should Be New And Unused, Without Defects, Construction Or Workmanship Errors And Other Technical Defects That Could Be Revealed During Its Use. 3.4. The Offered Ambulances Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 3, 2025 On The Designation Of The State Emergency Medical Services System And The Requirements Regarding The Uniforms Of Members Of Emergency Medical Teams. 3.5. The Ambulances Offered Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022. On Detailed Activities Of Authorities In Matters Related To The Admission Of A Vehicle To Traffic And Templates Of Documents In These Matters And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 20, 2023 Amending The Regulation On Detailed Activities Of Authorities In Matters Related To The Admission Of A Vehicle To Traffic And Templates Of Documents In These Matters. 3.6. If Applicable - The Ordering Party Requires That After Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order And Registration Of The Vehicle
