Final Information 39.1 The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage: 39.1.1 Concluding A Framework Agreement; 39.1.2 Submitting Variant And Partial Offers; 39.1.3 Settlements In Foreign Currencies; 39.1.4 Electronic Auction; 39.1.5 Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings; 39.1.6. The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law 39.1.7.
