Cadastral Surveying Services – Preparation Of Cadastral Documentation, Evaluation Reports And Provision Of Legal Assistance And Representation Services In Order To Acquire Through Expropriation/Transfer The Buildings Necessary For The Design And Execution Of The Investment Objective Drum Expres Focșani - Brăila, Vrancea And Brăila Counties. The General Objective Of This Contract Is The Purchase Of Cadastral Documentation Preparation Services And Evaluation Reports With A View To Acquiring Through Expropriation/Transfer For An Estimated Number Of 3632 Buildings Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective Drum Expres Focșani - Brăila, Vrancea And Brăila Counties. Changes To The Contract: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties; 2. Changes Generated By Legislative Changes; 3. Changes Generated By The Requests Of Different Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Project; 4. Changes Generated By The Replacement Of Personnel Nominated By The Service Provider For The Fulfillment Of The Contract; 5. Changes Generated By The Replacement And/Or Introduction Of Subcontractors; 6. Changes Related To The Duration Of The Contract And/Or The Period Of Service Provision (If They Are Not Imputable To The Provider), Generated, By Way Of Example, But Not Limited To: • The Change By The Town Halls/O.C.P.I. Of The Documentation And Information Initially Made Available, Which Implies The Need To Restore The Cadastral Documentation; • Changes Requested By Town Halls/O.C.P.I. With Regard To The Owners Of The Affected Lands, Despite The Fact That The Lists Of Owners That Were The Basis For The Promotion Of The Government Expropriation Decision Were Made Available And Confirmed By The Town Halls/O.C.P.I.; • Delays In The Collection Of Legalized Copies Of Property Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of Individual Cadastral Documentation; • Technical Problems Within O.C.P.I. Regarding The Procedure For Registration And Approval Of Individual Cadastral Documentation; • Changes In Legislation And/Or Internal Procedures That May Occur Prior To The Termination Of The Contract; • Delays In Obtaining The Tabulation Of The Expropriation Corridor From O.C.P.I./A.N.C.P.I.; • Failure To Obtain, Within A Reasonable Time, The Land Deed Extract Issued By O.C.P.I. Regarding The Registration Of The Ownership Right Of The Romanian State Over The Expropriated Corridor; • Situations Arisen In The Process Of Approving Cadastral Documentation By O.C.P.I./A.N.C.P.I.; • Delays In Obtaining The Decisions Of Local Councils And/Or County Councils; • Failure To Obtain, Within A Reasonable Time, The Cadastral Documentation Targeted By O.C.P.I.; • Changing The Number Of Buildings Or The Category Of Use. 7. Changes Regarding Payment Methods And/Or Debt Recovery; 8. Changes Regarding The Verification And Reception Of Services; 9. Supplementing And/Or Reducing The Contract Price As A Result Of Supplementing And/Or Reducing The Estimated Number Of Buildings Or Changing Land Use Categories; 10. Any Additional Requests For Documents That May Arise From The Two Contracting Parties. Completion In Section Ii.2.4) Description Of The Public Procurement From Instructions For Bidders.
